This case didn't work for me. I bought it for the protective case combined with reserve power and portable memory. !) The instructions say "do not drop". 2) The phone and this case seemed to be constantly overheating, going through the combination of phone and battery power much faster than the phone was doing by itself. With heavy use phone power was lasting 36-40 hours without this case. With it, the combined charge lasted closer to 12-15 hours. 3) The memory card was buried inside the case so it was virtually impossible to share it between the phone and other machines. 4) Within a month I'd broken the case trying to get at the memory card. Your results may vary but I'm going to settle for keeping my phone in a lightweight case, with a separate portable backup battery, and a removable (and transferable) storage solution.

Update 11/24 - I wouldn't recommend this case after having it a few weeks. I've had my phone for close to 2.5 years. I've had various cases and dropped my phone so many times. After only having this case 2 weeks, I dropped it, the top popped off and my phone cracked. I'm so disappointed. The idea of having a battery case is awesome, but if it fails to actually protect my phone, it's totally not worth it. The bottom of the case has also sort of split open with a gap in the bottom. The charging feature still works but the case doesn't look great.Original review: This is my second battery case. I had one for about 6 months and the way that it popped on, if I dropped my phone, the whole case would pop off. It was also bulky. I'm loving this case. The feel of it is smooth and it is less bulky than my other case. I haven't utilized the extra memory but will be doing so soon as my phone is always full of photos and videos. The case feels smooth in your hands and is easy to take on and off. I have 4 kids who use my phone here and there and it's already been dropped with this case on. It's protected it from damage. I also love that it gives so much extra charge when I'm out and about an my phone is about to die. I would definitely recommend this case, I love it!

App does not work as advertised. Cannot recommend profuct. Support is not responsive. If they fix app to copy photos to the flash would be nice product. Does not copy or import pictures from iPhone 6s. Will allow you tostore pictures and videos on flash drive . App is poorly written to communicate with phone . I will keep it for memory and that feature is good enough , but problem only way to copy photos is put on iCloud . If Support called me and resolved problems I would revise my review. Does charge phone . Annoying message ‘ do u want phone to communicate with app , Do not buy this product, manufacture is misleading public and save your money for newer iPhone. Support will make false claims to contact you and expect a fake story that there Skype has crashed. Any positive review is written by people given product free or written by manufacturer.

This item comes ready to use out of the package. I was able to put my phone in right away and start charging. I was expecting to have to charge it up first, so that was a pleasant surprise. I use my phone for work all day taking photos and videos so the battery wears down quickly and I usually have to charge midway through the day, sometimes twice a day. This phone case keeps me from being tethered to a charger while I work. It's easy to take your phone in and out of the case. You put your phone in and then press the button on the back to charge and go about your day. It also has an off feature so it doesn't charge if you don't want it to.

I bought this for my son because he always drains his battery. There is an extension for his headphones so he can still listen to his music. The case charges with a different charger that is included. It is sturdy and definitely has allowed him more time on the phone without having to charge. We have had it for a week now and have had no issues. The case also gave him more memory for his music and photos. It also looks nice and adds protection to the phone.

Extremely dissatisfied I was made to believe that you could use music which was the only reason I purchased this product I'm seriously considering returning it was a gift most features aren't working on it I keep getting pop ups about things I can't change

Bought this for my mom, who is a mail carrier. She needs her phone, but doesn’t have a great place to charge it.This extends her battery life more than double. It didn’t add hardly any weight that she’s noticed, and her phone still fits comfortably inside her pocket.

After almost 2 weeks of use now it doesnot charge my phone and i recieve a message accessory is not supported !!
