Does single use mean 1 eye or 2?

It means 2 eyes, there is enough liquid to place several drops in each eye. I use for dry eye treatment after having Lasik surgery.

Is this really any different than the Refresh Mega 3 drops? I looked at the ingredients on the box and they are the same per the box list.

Inactive ingredients are different from Mega 3. For example, flaxseed oil. But compare to Optive Advanced preservative free and you'll see the same list. No way to say whether the ratios are the same. As a baker I can make two very different loaves of bread using just flour, water, yeast, and salt. But as a consumer I know companies sometimes sell the same thing under different labels so they can try two different marketing strategies. Hard to say which case we're dealing with here.

Are they resealable for a second use with the same vial later in the day?

The directions say not to do that BUT I found if you snap off the top of the vial you can put it back. It 'plugs' back onto the vial. I do second dose with it and then toss it. If you can find this in a regular dropper type dispenser it is a lot easier to work with.

I do not see any preservative free in Lubricant gel , I sill hae some drops??

If you want preservative free drops, you’ll have to buy the Advanced Lubricant eye drops, 0.01 fl oz single use containers 30 count. It say preservative free on the box. The one you have is not preservative free.
