PowerForce Helix Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner, 2191U

This a great lightweight vacuum. It comes with two attachments that are easy to use. I didn't realize how old my previous vacuum was until I used this in my bedroom. I had to empty the canister twice. It did a wonderful job of cleaning the carpet. I also used it with the seal bags for my blankets. It really sucked all the air out of the bag so fast. It's easy to roll around on the floors, whether carpet flooring or hardwood flooring. I am very happy with this vacuum. I also like the fact that the on/off switch is on the bottom. The canister is easy to empty.

I was so happy to find these are still made! I had a previous model that finally died after many many years. The new model is a little lighter and works just as well! Wonderful for those with pets!

I like this vacuum cleaner much better than the stick vacuum that I was using. It is not as lightweight as this stick, but the performance is so much better. I have two Boston Terriers and it does a good job of picking up pet hair. Some of the plastic on the vacuum (and the power cord) feels a little cheap.

I've had Kenmore, Hoover and Dyson vacuum cleaners, The Dyson was the worst, the Kenmore Intuition lasted about 4 months and the Hoover was years ago and did a good job, however, this little Bissel PowerForce vacuum is the BEST one I've ever used. It was simple to put together right out of the box, it's light weight, and best of all, it has powerful suction for 4 levels of flooring. I've used it on kitchen vinyl, bathroom tile, living room hardwood and bedroom carpet and it's amazing. I highly recommend this vacuum and the price is right. I wish I had bought this vacuum first. I would buy it again.

Vac works good no issues

The vacuum cleaner that I was replacing was a Bissell which served me for a lot of years ( at least 15 and possibly more) so I decided to go again with this brand. After putting the vacuum cleaner together I decided to locate the filter and related parts since they would require regular cleaning. The filter seemed to be stuck and I tried for a while to get it out but could not. I called the phone number provided in the User Manual to find out how I might address this issue without breaking something. The voice on the phone informed me that the customer service voice was AI generated. There did not appear to be a menu offering a real person, so I stated my issue. The AI program took me step by step through a procedure which I already knew from reading the Users Manual. My problem was not addressed by the normal procedure. The AI kept telling me to lift the filter out while I could not do so because it was stuck. This back and fourth with the AI went on for about an hour. Each time the AI finished what ever was in it’s program it would cycle back to the beginning (lift the lid, lift out the filter, etc). Totally frustrating. I realized I was wasting my time. An AI is excellent at gathering data but can not reason. If the problem is a specific one which has not been added to the cloud, there’s no way the robot can deal with it. You need a human who, first of all understands the problem, and other humans at the call center with whom your technician can consult. I eventually gave up, ended the call with the AI, and returned the Vacuum Cleaner to Amazon. My poor rating is based on the AI experience. I never got to use the vacuum cleaner but if you can’t depend on fairly good Customer Service this might be a problem when things go wrong. I’m not a Luddite, but it has been shown that replacing humans with AI does not always work.

Excelente aspiradora, se aspira muy rápido, tengo 3 gatos y saca super bien el pelo de la alfombra, no hace mucho ruido.

Plástico chafa. No se usó en alfombra.
