Je suis super contente de ce poêle en acier, même si j’y ai mis le prix ! Le fond bosselé fonctionne comme un antiadhésif, c’est vraiment impressionnant. Aucune soudure à l’intérieur, ce qui rend le nettoyage bien plus facile. Après 3-4 mois d’utilisation régulière, je suis toujours aussi satisfaite. No warping, best heat retention of any stainless steel pan, perfect to cook steaks in. I have a couple of other high end stainless steel pans but I use this one for almost everything apart from if I need a 12" size since this one is 9.5". I also got the lid for it. I will probably buy the larger version. Highly recommended.
