I tried another one on Amazon and it didn't smell as good and didn't have the whole flowers like this one. I'm infusing 2 bottles of wine right now with it. Infusing it for 4 weeks because I found that's the best for wine and this. I have discovered this to quit smoking weed and help my anxiety. I tried smoking it and it helped but I got anxiety after 3 times because apparantly just smoking gives me anxiety. I have been steeping 4 grams per cup on the delicate setting for 8 minutes so I can get the most out of it. I am replacing my anxiety meds with this and it works. Im a lot calmer when I drink this. I tried it before bed once and I had too many lucid dreams so I just drink it mid day when I feel anxious the most. I love this. The only problem is the price because I go through it too fast but I understand that this flower is a luxury and a commodity so it's fair. I like it though. Helps me feel grounded and relaxed. Can't wait to try the wine though because the ancient Egyptians used it as an aphrodisiac in those times and had orgies. My husband's bday is coming up to know what I mean? Hey hey!! Anyway, the picture I took shows how dark I like it to get the most out of it with the instructions i already typed up. I used monk fruit to sweeten it up with something natural instead of sugar to avoid calories. Enjoy!

Not a fan of the flavor but it definitely did the job. I bought it as a sleep aid. I just wish there were more flowers in it but you get a decent amount for the price.

It definitely does what it's supposed to do. The effects are shorter lived if steeped in alcohol (I used mead) but definitely more potent. When made into a tea, it gives one a light and floaty feeling, perfect for right before going to sleep. I was actually able to dream for a couple consecutive nights in a row too, which I hadn't been able to do in a long time. Would highly recommend.

**Updated** This tea is good. I didn't notice any psychoactive effects, but that's not the reason I got it. I simply wanted tea that was made using this beautiful flower. Amazing experience, my friend came early ladies… I felt extremely understanding of people around me.. Slept like a baby, and had peaceful dreams… That was from just one glass, tonight I tried it with honey wayyyyy better, trust me avoid sugar, use honey, and enjoy!Update:So, I like to try things to capture a good taste.. Try this if you can’t find to right taste…. First steep the flowers, once it comes to a boil, grab a packet of your favorite instant cocoa mix, then pour in the boiled water using a strainer to catch to flowers for another use…. Trust me you’ll be thanking yourself for such a special treat…. I now make one purchase a month of these flowers… I call it Mama’s Cocoa!!!

Tried whole flower no flavor and no difference
