I'm a railroad machinist. I just received this chest rig and haven't used it at work yet. I can't speak to the lasting quality of it but the price can't be beat. First impressions are that the quality is good and should last under normal use. As you can see in the picture it holds my Icom f3261dt radio perfectly with the adjustable tension on the radio pouch. I'm using the second pouch for my backup flashlight also utilizing the adjustable tensioner. The center pouch holds inspection paperwork folded. The pen slots are perfect for standard size pens. The rear zippered pouch holds my samsung s8+ with a full sized otterbox in the upright position. The pouch will not zip with the phone in it. I plan on using this chest rig for a while and I think it should last. I'll update this review if it doesn't.

Only 3 pouches. The pencil holders are too small for regular sharpie or some pens. I like the diagonal layout for radios, but having 4 clip points gave me pause as more points of failure over time.I returned this item as it did not suit my needs.

I work events which is the reason I purchased this. For the price, it's pretty great, however it's really small. To be honest when I first opened it I thought it would be useless, but I was wrong! Center pouch can fit a phone (with the flap left open), array of pens and sharpies, or a small notepad. Radios just fit into the side pouches but they were smaller radios (Hytera).If you need a really versatile chest rig to hold more than what I mentioned, jump the gun and pickup a few carabiners. After testing it out before the event, I was able to rig it up the way I wanted and it was much more useable. If you need access to a plethora of tools, this may not work.I'll continue to use this for warehouse work, logistics, even home repair.

Really enjoyed this.I use this for work and just having the ability to hold on to my radio without losing track of it is the biggest benefit this has been to me.The extra pockets to hold my keys and keycard really give me the freedom I prefer when moving around a lot for my legs and the fact it never gets in the way really helpsEven went as far as stopped using my carry on bag because of the versatility it gives.I wear it usually for 12 hours with a back brace for multiple days straight and it still looks pretty decentOverall I’m a satisfied customerI mean sure the rubber will eventually stretch out but for the price and bargain it’s exceeded my expectations

Was sceptical about the product when ordering - erred.It turned out to be a fairly well made harness, versatile with two pockets that keep ham radios securely in the place, small loops on height of shoulder secure floppy Diamond SRH77CA antenna and prevent it impairing your vision. Middle pocket useful for notes + emergency money and other small stuff. Straps and buckles allow a lot of adjustment. Yes, would buy it again. Why four stars? Always room for improvement, and will consider review and five stars in 6 month when elastic straps are still strong and hold harness in place.

I bought this to use while snowboarding to various, such as lunch, chapstick, sun block, mini-screw driver etc. I got sick of holding all the items in my pockets. The vest fits very well and is easily adjustable. All the pockets have plenty of capacity to hold little items. I use the radio pockets to hold a wrap for lunch while I'm on the slops.My one grip is that the the strap tore off, so the stitching isn't too strong. I was trying to adjust the straps to get a tighter fit and the the strap tore off from the clip. This wasn't too bad as I was able to tie a quick knot to fix it. Overall it was worth the money versus buying a specific chest bag for $100

Use this as a chest rig for when I work on set for commercial production. Holds a industry standard Mototola CP200 with a surveillance mic. It doesn't have any chase or attachments for the wires but uta still pretty good. Rig the vest as needed for your personal use. It's a minimal design but functional. 5’8” 175lbs fits nice.

I bought this harness to hold my Motorola radio. Just got it today so I can't speak to its durability, but out of the box it fits nicely and has a excellent system for holding radios of various sizes. It also has a large center pocket where I put my large encased smart phone. All this rests under my heavy winter coat and it's actually pretty comfortable. I'm constantly moving around, dumping trucks, climbing bin ladders, and other physical activities and I needed something to keep may radio safe and secure while allowing me to move. I think this will work nicely.

Actually more comfortable then the huge dollar one.. Plus a actual pocket in front is really nice to have.. I own a lot of kitt and this is my favourite small chest rig
