Uh, as it says directly in the ad in multiple places AND on the product label picture, it is .030". Isn't spending a minute to read easier than posting a question? Need to convert to mm, type .030" into Google (it's 0.762mm).Look for .045" wire. Can this weld cracks in aluminum pump housings?

Yes you can weld aluminum with this wire(however it is used with a MIG welder with a spoolgun and argon gas)

Will this weld 7075 aluminum?

7075 aluminum is not weldable, period.

Will this work with a Lincon Electric welder? Does it have a flux core?

You need argon gas with this wire.
