Scosche MP2CUPM-SP MagicMount Pro2 Cup Holder Magnetic Cell Phone Holder Car Mount Kit Compatible with MagSafe, iPhones, Galaxy, Pixel & All Smartphones

I’ve been using the Scosche MagicMount Pro2 Flush Mount for a while now and it’s easily one of the best phone mounts I’ve owned. The magnetic grip is surprisingly strong and keeps my phone securely in place even on rough roads and sharp turns. I was initially worried about the phone slipping, but the hold has been extremely reliable. The low-profile flush design looks clean and doesn’t clutter up the dashboard like bulky mounts do. Installation was quick and straightforward, and the 360-degree adjustment makes it easy to position the phone exactly where I want it. One of the best features is how easy it is to use one-handed — just place the phone near the mount and it locks right into place instantly. No clips, squeezing arms, or awkward adjustments. It works great with my case and makes getting in and out of the car much more convenient. Overall, this mount combines strong functionality, excellent phone grip, and simple everyday usability at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend it if you want a clean, dependable magnetic mount.

I have had several car phone holders but by far this is the best one yet. I like the way it swivels and hold my phone firmly. Was easy to install. Great item.

I own and operate a handyman/home repair business, so my phone is an important part of my workday. I’m constantly driving between jobs, using GPS, receiving calls from customers, and making calls throughout the day. Having my phone securely mounted and visible while keeping my hands free is important. I’ve owned multiple Scosche MagicMounts over the years and recently purchased another one after getting a new work truck. That probably says more about my opinion of it than anything else—I had plenty of opportunity to buy something different and chose another MagicMount. The magnetic hold is strong, my iPhone is easy to put on and remove with one hand, and the adjustability lets me position it where I can see navigation and incoming calls without having the phone sitting in a cup holder or sliding around the truck. The suction mount has also proven dependable for the way I use it. For someone who spends a lot of time on the road for work, simplicity and reliability matter. I don’t want to fight with a phone holder every time I get into the truck. This one does what I need it to do, which is why I keep buying them. Easy 5 stars from me.

I got this to accommodate a new iPhone with magsafe case. I already had a Scosche magnetic holder on my dash with the 3M adhesive and it worked well. Because the magsafe magnet sits higher than the plate I had put in my old phone case it hid a good portion of my new phone behind the steering wheel. I saw this product and thought it would work but it was out of stock forever. In the meantime I went to a magsafe vent mount but my center vents don't have an on/off just directional and I didn't like the hot air blowing on the phone. The good is that the ball on this fit fine with the old mount I had on my dash. It gives you a few extra inches to get it out of the way of a vent or higher or lower viewing angle. I was worried about wobble and vibration because it moves the weight of the phone out to the end of an arm but I've found that with the arm at the 12 oclock and 6 oclock position it is pretty solid. At 3 oclock and 9 oclock it tends to wobble and vibrate and bounce around a little more. The magnet itself feels very secure. The bad? At $40 the price is ridiculous for what you get but it fit a specific need so I ponied up. The end that attaches to the dash has a ball end that snaps into a mount and then a large nut that tightens down so if it gets loose you can just tighten it up. The magnet end that the phone mounts to is sufficiently stiff but moveable but has no visible way to tighten it when it starts to loosen. It seems that it just works on friction and after a few years of vibration and adjustment and removing the phone I have my doubts that it won't start sagging every time you put the phone on it. But I just got this product so we will have to wait and see. Good product, great product if it fits a specific need for you, but extremely overpriced and questionable durability.

The build quality of this is decent, despite a lot of it being plastic. The magnet is plenty strong enough to hold my iPhone 15 Pro, even without a MagSafe case. It might not hold a larger phone as well, unless you have an official MagSafe case. I tried vent and dash mounts, and both failed. Overall, this product works amazingly, and the cup holder mount is the most secure I've found, plus it places the phone very close to my right hand, for easy control, and in a good position for the charging cable. I then use CarPlay to display the phone's info on a larger 12.3" screen, which is in my line of sight.

I did not try the vent mount, I used the sticker. I already love the brand for the reliability of the magnet. When I got a new car, the window suction mount wouldn't fit anymore, so I updated to the sticker mount instead. Same great product. The magnet works so well, I never worry about my phone shifting on the mount. The sticker works super well even on a slightly curved surface. I gave my old window suction mount to my partner after using it for two years. I repositioned the suction mount dozens of times, and it still has a strong hold. I love how convenient this style of mount is because I barely have to pay attention to how I'm placing my phone in the mount, and it'll still stick. I recommend this mount any time I can!

Extremely disappointed in this product. While the magnet part itself worked as advertised the adhesive to attach to both the soft dash and the hard plastic infotainment system both failed. Started peeling and fell of within days of installation.

It was not great. The magnet is strong but that means it is hard to pull the phone off when you're leaving your car. It provides several ways to mount it to the car dash. I used the fan fixture. Even though the mount was secure the road vibrations still made the screen vibrate during travel. Also, the magnet would not stick to my phone protector case, so I had to epoxy it on, which was a permanent decision. Now I can't charge my phone wirelessly without heating up the magnet on my case. Not too happy with that and I cannot imagine using the provided adhesives to mount it to the car dash anywhere without the adhesives ruining the dash or being too weak to hold it, so I didn't use the adhesives. Partly I feel this device may be helpful for some, but for me it did not work out. Now, I have to buy a new phone protector and see about a different way to access my phone while in the car. This seemed like the best option but I wasn't impressed. I give it a solid 3 stars, which I think is a little too nice.

Die besten Lüftungsgittermagfit magsafe Halter die es gibt. Eizigst der Preis ist hoch.

This checks all my requirements. I needed a mobile 📱 holder that doesn't hang, or stick to my dashboard, where it's hard to reach, blocking my view, and showing all my notifications to everyone.... this perfectly suits my requirements... I keep it in cup holders in front of my gear leaver in vw polo

Love this little product. I got a compatible phone case (thigh a magnet is included) and I use it every time I get in my vehicle. It's visually appealing when not in use. Super strong magnet but easy to remove. Can't complain.

I was prepared to pay a premium (£49) for this Magsafe Magic Mount based on previous experience of the brand; however, this one is a fail for me for two reasons. Firstly, the base itself is not substantial enough to stop the phone bobbing around whilst on the move. It flexes and bends too easily (unlike my current Schoshe currently available for £14.95!). The second reason, also associated with the flexing of the mount, is the creaking and clicking originating from the fold down clamp. This, I suspect, is because the plastic is very shiny and therefore grips and releases in quick succession. We had to remove and return the clamp. As an aside... Ideally I'd like to buy just the ball-joint Magsafe mount to use with my existing stand. Much more environmentally friendly.
