The good stuff!
Fresh whole fried fruits. I love this natural sweetener. I grind in my coffee grinder and allow to dry out, then store and add to herbal tea. In Chinese medicine one of the functions of this herb is that it โmoistens the lungsโ, and this has been my experience.

Do not buy - find your local Chinatown instead.
Obviously gone bad. I had 1 dried monkfruit from our local Chinatown and it couldn't have been more different from this in terms of smell, texture, color, and just the look of it having gone bad. I had to trash all of them, but I'm grateful I had a good one to compare to, so I could know for sure this was garbage.
