I’ve got 2 of them. Absolutely secure in your bag. Keep it warm or cold for a long time. Totally happy with the purchase.

Stays hot for a long time
It holds the hot drinks for a very long time and if covered even longer so great for that. Havent used it for cold drinks but confident it will hold up well. The removal of 1 star is its hard to wash the inside so for the price I think they should've added a brush specifically for this size to make it easier for cleaning.

wron item 3 times
looks great, but three times i've ordered a 16oz black, received a 12oz black and returned it. so i wouldn't order one of them from here. guessing something's been mislabelled in a warehouse. mug seems lovely though!

Great mug, misleading advert
The mug is a premium product. Love it. No complaints.However, the description has a "tea tumbler" which appears to be depicted in the photos. However, this did not arrive with the mug. I hope this was a mistake and that others do not have the same experience.

Coating coming off after 2 weeks
The flask is lovely looking, however so disappointed the coating is coming off after 2 weeks. It’s a £40 flask….
