The media could not be loaded.  First time use and the bands over extended and are stuck without being able to retract back in. Very disappointing. Dont make the same mistake. Spend 15 bucks at Walmart and get some regular fitness bands and use the money you saved from not purchasing this plastic mess on something decent instead.EDIT: Lewin Fitness has contacted me and sent a replacement free of charge. There has been no issue with the replacement unit as of yet and it is pretty effective at what it is intended to do based upon the advertisement *toning and cardio based aerobic activities*.

It was good for the two weeks I had it until it snapped.

I was first skeptical in purchasing this item but once I received it I love it. I it a great complementation for my home gym, it offers many different ways to do exercise and has levels to make your workout easier or harder. It is also very lightweight and easy to transport anywhere, especially if you want to work out outdoors. The only thing is that i wish the instructions were a bit easier and that there were bit more exercise videos. I follow michelle lewin and got some of the workout ideas from her and how she uses the platform.

Piece of crap. Broke down after 1st use. Don`t waste your hard earned money on this.

Didn't like the pricing, but I got it cheaper on Prime day. It is pretty nice not having to go to the gym and I can do this in my living room. Product is as depicted. So far, no problems.

I was on the fence about this item. There were some mixed reviews, but I took a chance and purchased it anyway, and I am so glad that I did. I have been using it every day, and I like it. The platform has many different functionalities, and it can be adapted to any fitness level. The Resistance Bands are absolutely the perfect addition to the board.I had some difficulties at the beginning, but I emailed them, and they responded within the hour. It was super fast, and they addressed my issues and concerns. It turns out the problem was because I was not using the lever correctly, but once they explained it, I was able to make it work.One thing I would suggest would be better instructions in regards to how to use it, change the levels, etc. I would also like to have more exercises apart from the ones Michelle shows on the videos. I have followed her Instagram page and taken some samples from there, but it would be nice to have some additional resources.Overall I am very pleased with the platform and the quality of it.
