How do you use this???? no instructions. came with a points & functions list, but no instructions.

Pick a stick and pull it on the holder that in the metal box. Then use a light to burn 🔥 it. It doesn’t has fire but smoke. Close the box and put it back into the cover. Then you can leave it on the position where you want. The belt will help to stay the right position. Be careful. Don’t burn yourself. Don’t leave it directly on your skin. After 15 to 20 minutes, the stick has burned totally. It turns cool. You can take off it and change a new one if you need it.

what is difference the regular one and Upgrade one?

I think I really didn’t have an idea how to use this but this only made my knee pain worse
