Great customer service
Northaven market sent the wrong color but after contacting them directly through amazon they were kind enough to refund within 5-7 business days(awaiting refund at this time) & if not received I was encouraged to contact them again.I also got to keep the lululemon bag! Excellent service.They responded very quickly to my concerns.

Smaller but holds ALOT!
It's perfect! The size may be small but it sure can hold ALOT! Phone, charger, sunglasses! Very durable! Looks cute too!

Super cute bag
The bag itself is awesome the only thing that caught me off guard was the color. I thought I was getting black from the picture (it did say charcoal) but when it arrived it was a much lighter grey. Besides that, this bag has been great, very durable, my daughter used it almost every day and it still looks brand new.
