First, there's no assembly. It's out of the box and ready to use. The angle and height are adjustable. It forces me to sit in a better position while taking the strain off my legs so I'm not sitting with legs crossed all day. I love the bumps and rocking motion which are very soothing when I'm barefoot or just in socks.

My IKEA footrest broke so got this to replace it, now I’m glad my other one broke! This is SO much better even than the one in my (actual) office! It’s adjustable so I can use it when I’m standing or sitting, and the rocking feature is smooth. This is a sturdy well built product and I felt the ergonomic improvements in my body the first day of use. LOVE IT.

Very well made and comfortable foot rest for under dedk

I use this under my desk at work on a computer all day. It is very comfortable and easy to adjust once you figure out how to with just using your feet. It does slide on the office carpet a bit, I find myself pulling it back towards me several times a day. I like that I can stretch my legs out and it supports under my lower calves as well! I think my next investment will be a new office chair that would work along side this to better help my posture and pain in my lower back and tail bone.

I had a similar footstool at my old job and really found relief when using it. At my new job, I did not have a footstool and found after working there for several months that I wanted to order one. I looked around to find one with good reviews and a reasonable price and decided on this one. I have been using it now for months and it is awesome and has really helped my hip joints and back pain from sitting so long at a desk, I would definitely order this again.

opened it and it was damaged. It doesn't stay in one place, nor does it lock. Pointless of purchasing this if it's just to move.

I purchased this to help get my feet off the ground and it works great for that. But there's more to this story: I'm a big guy (320lbs 6'2") so I need a big chair (I demolish chairs regularly). I finally found a great chair that can hold me up (3 years and counting!) but its pad puts too much pressure on my thighs with my feet on the ground, which leads to some bloating in my ankles (it's kind of terrifying the difference this makes, really). That said, this product works wonders at keeping my feet off the ground. But my 3-star rating is because there are some issues with this. It's got nobbly bits, I'm guessing to "stimulate" bloodflow, but they hurt my bare feet. Like seriously hurt. So I have to wear flippy floppys or shoes when using this. This could be due to my legs being the size of older VWs. Continuing on that train of thought, this thing is kind of flimsy, too. I don't use it elevated much, but if I did, I imagine it would fail within a year (you kind of get a feel for this sort of thing when you've fallen to the ground from no less than 3 chairs breaking at the piston). I would recommend it for those who don't have sensitive feet, or plan on wearing shoes. Especially those who are much lighter in the leg dept.

Works well and is sturdy. I've been using it for several months.

Trabajo mejor ante mi escritorio y no me cansa la posición de los pies, ya que tiene movimiento. Ligero para moverlo a donde lo necesite, junto al sofá. Lo recomiendo.

Works well as a footrest, and has variable angles as mentioned. The spherical surface can take a bit to get used to, but it seems to help with sore spots on feet alongside overall grip. Platform swivels a good amount, and silently too.

good! only thing i dont like is how bad it sounds when you move it (scratchy floor)
