The bp machine is very accurate and I have a bo app, and it helps me as when I take bp tge app tells you what level I'm at a good level or high bp so I can now monitor my bp

Absolutely Useless
I'm a 67 year old male and don't exercise as I should. My expectation of BP readings is around 145 over 85.This monitor returned a first reading of 126 over 66. "This doesn't look right" I thought so I did 3 sets of 15 on the abs roller. I was expecting to see a reading of around 170 over 90. It came back with 116 over 63. My wife has low blood pressure to begin with... Her initial reading came back at 67 over 46. No, I didn't call the undertaker, I wrapped the monitor back up again and returning it to Amazon.Had I not been aware of my high BP condition to begin with, I'd have gone on blissfully unaware that a serious problem was brewing.
