Although my window is double glassed but the magnet should be strong enough to work. Unfortunaetly, it does not stick. It is also non-refundable.

Seller say it works for Double glazed glass of 15-24mm thickness and i went ahead and bought it. Only to realize that it does not stick together and always falls of when tried. Since Amazon or seller do not provide a return option my only option is to throw it to the trash bin.

Don't buy it it's not work at all and also non refundable

Magnet is strong. But if you try to clean windows it does not stick together. Fall of the whole time.

It doesn't stick to the window , not useful to clean atleast inside part of window. It's a trap and I m not going to buy any product if it's non returnable... it's a scam

The window thickness mention is upto 24mm but it is not working on my window which is less than 20mm. The two parts do mot hold together l.

Item easily fall in the thick glass and not as described. Can’t even return it which is hoax. Please don’t buy this product if you have thick glass.

Does not matter how thin your windows are, just not working , don't waste your money like I did.

once you get the hang of it, IT CLEANS SO GOOD. literally made the glass on my window disappear, it cleaned that good. A must have if you can’t clean your windows from the outside. Just be careful the magnets on this thing are really strong, and if you don’t put that little plastic piece in the middle when storing it away, good luck prying it open for next time lol.

Easy to use. Only a spare fabric for the cleaning part. Hard to learn how to swipe around to avoid lines.

There were absolutely no instructions with this thing. When I tried it with the little plastic spacer in between it fell apart. Then I thought I needed to take the spacer out so I did. Unfortunately, the two sides got a little too close together and closed on two of my fingers. I had kept telling myself to keep my fingers away from the sides, but once the spacer was gone, they were very powerful magnets. I think I broke two fingers on this GD piece of SH-T!!! I don’t know if I will be able to use it myself, or if I will need my husband to try it on our condo windows. Dangerous to use, especially for a small boned woman.

Too small a cleaning pad .smaller then the palm of your hand in a triangle Magnet is so strong I hurt myself getting the two sides apart once they are together without the plastic gaurd. The idea is good but it does not work Returned.
