A Great Calcium Supplement
A chiropractor recommended this supplement to me several years ago and I have taken it ever since. It provides me with the calcium I need for my osteopenia. Other calcium supplements have caused constipation but this product does not.

So Far So Good..
Arrived quickly without damage. Only started using these so not sure on their effectiveness yet. I have flare ups and chronic pain in my neck & back so hoping these will relieve them! Is spendy at over $50, but when you think about taking 2 per day with 240 capsules per bottle, that's several months worth which ends up being less than more osteo supplements.

My doctor recommended this product. I have peri osteoporosis and take 2 tablets a day. If I had osteoporosis I would need to take 3 a day.

Expiration date!
Ordered this on March 5th. Received March 8th. Expiration is May 2023. Not happy about this! Love the product!
