The noise is unbearable, but the quality and controls are pretty good.

Was worried about the performance of this cooling pad as I have tested others similar to it in the past, But man this thing is amazing. Before my CPU would peak at around the high 80s to mid 90s (95 C), but now with the IETS GT500 cooling pad CPU core temps peak at around 70 C and the GPU peaks at around 60-65 C. These are the temperatures I was getting on warzone using the Asus Tuf F15 with intel i7 12700H and rtx 3070 laptop GPU. Overall would recommend this to anyone looking for a cooling pad to fix the thermal throttling but also consider that this thing is loud

delivered faster than expected. The product is so good and made huge difference in my gaming experience. I used to get low FPS during my game because of the heat of my laptop but when i use this my FPS is way better so i no longer having a bad FPS. I even put to high my all video settings and no low FPS anymore. Great product, good decision to buy this instead of upgrading my laptop.

He probado muchos Cooling Pads, principalmente de la marca ThermalTake. El principal beneficio de estos realmente es la base sobre la que se coloca la Laptop, y que permite un flujo adecuado de aire a los ventiladores del equipo, no tanto el ventilador externo. Cooling Pads convencionales llegan a reducir hasta 2C la T del equipo, no es mucho pero es enfriar a fin de cuentas. El GT500 sin embargo va más allá, mucho más allá, pero para eso hay un pequeño gran detalle que será decisivo pata muchos. Por la forma que funciona, crea un vacío, y al estar activado se fuerza la corriente de aire por los ductos de la Laptop. Puede reducir la T en uso hasta en 12 C. Yo por ejemplo, lo probé utilizando una Legion 5 con una 1660Ti, en sesiones de juego de 2+ horas. Sin duda el mejor Cooling pad que hay. Pero, no es perfecto, y el detalle que tiene este es uno considerable. El ruido generado. En el máximo nivel de ventilación, que da estos resultados, el ruido es notorio, más que un PS4 primera generación corriendo el último GoW. Se escucha cercano a una aspiradora, y ese detalle para muchos es un deal breaker. Las bromas de que se tiene un jet en la habitación mientras juegas no quedan tal lejos de la realidad. El beneficio que otorga es real y medible por cualquiera, pero si lo vas a adquirir debes ser consiente que para alcanzar este desempeño habrá ruido, y mucho. Solo lo recomendaría si juegas si o si con un headset, y a las personas a tu alrededor, esposa, familia, no les molesta o tienes un sitio designado para jugar porque de lo contrario el ruido es insoportable luego de mucho tiempo. Si este nivel de ruido no es nada para ti, o tienes manera de sobrellevarlo, adelante, es sin duda el mejor Cooling pad que hay, y con efectos RGB (para más FPS) . Si el ruido es un detalle importante, olvídalo, porque para tener el mejor rendimiento es como tener una aspiradora encendida mientras juegas.
