I ordered a pair of these in XL and they arrived quickly about 2 to 3 days. I did'nt check the size when they came. i just opened them the next day and put one on my bad knee. after i wore them a few hrs I noticed that they were'nt very snugat al even though they were staying up fine. When I took it off that night I looked at the size and saw that it was an XXL instead of an XL. I looked on the pacage and it had an email address . I sent an email explaining that they sent the wrong size and recieved a reply that evening. They appoligized andtold me they would correct the problem. They asked me give them the order number andto take a picture of the size tag inside the sleave which i understand and had no issue with because I'm sure that people lie to compainies all the time to try to get something free. After I sent the email with the picture I recieved a reply within a few hrs. with a snap shot of a shipping label with a note saying that I would recieve the right size within 3 to 5 days and to give the XXL's to a family member or friend. I was'nt upset at getting the wrong size because I relize anyone can make a mistake. But the mark of an honest person or company is to own up to the mistake and make it right. That's exactly what they did within about 24 hrs from the time I sent the 1st email they had corrected the problem and the new pair came in 3 days. The new pair was the right size and fit snuggly and gave great support. They are very comfortable and stay up very well. I wear them to the gym and it makes a big difference . Theres no knee pain now after my work out. I would not hesitate to buy from this company for one minute. It's a great product at a very reasonable price. And as far as I'm concerned their customer service is second to none.Eddie W

After multiple patella dislocations & surgery + PT, my knees are shot and until I am older & approved for knee replacement, I needed something comfortable that will support my kneecap while sleeping since I’m a side sleeper. My PT could see & I could feel the subluxation risk when laying on my side. Not only were these also beneficial to sleep in after surgery for swelling, but now they provide the perfect compression to help avoid that subluxation feeling. I’ve ordered 3 packs now, I think. They wash well in the regular washer & dryer & I’ve been rotating the ones I have for a year now & they are still holding up. I saw someone complain about the length but if they were any shorter, I think they’d roll at the top & bottom with bending your leg. Overall, they provide great support & stability & are great quality for a great price!

I like having several of these knee braces as I usually wear one every day. I started with the first two a couple of years ago after buying a few braces with straps and Velcro. The braces with straps and Velcro didn’t do much for me, so I bought the JLebow again from Amazon. From the beginning of my purchase this was the brand I prefer over the others. It is easy to put on, is comfortable, no sticky Velcro, easily washable. Thin enough to wear under slacks in comfort. Excellent brand.

Very flexible and a nice moderate cozy compression for around the house and light recovery. The upper band is almost too small/tight/hard but I can still wear them for hours without getting uncomfortable. I think it probably doesn't need the rubber grips at the top and I would prefer flatter seams but they're not bad. The weave is sturdy and resilient enough that I can squat down without getting stabbed or losing circulation. Not sweaty and stifling like neoprene. Doesn't put your kneecap in an uncomfortable stranglehold like some more structured supports. They could be more comfortable but for the price there's really nothing to complain about and I'll probably get a backup set.
