How do I measure to know what size to buy?

Use a measuring tape. 1) Wrap it around your palm (under your fingers), across the knuckles of the back of your hand, and meet the end of the tape in your palm. This is the circumference of your hand. Write the measurement down. 2) Then, measure across your palm only, from one side of your hand to the other (do not go around your hand this time...just across). This is the width of your hand. Write that measurement down. Some gloves/wraps are listed with the measurement around your hand. Some are listed just asking for the width of your hand. You'll have both, after this, and should be able to make a good decision about the size. Do not, ever, decide on a hand size based on how tall you are, like someone else advised. Body height has nothing to do with hand size, and that kind of guessing wouldn't help you at all.
