This Pisti Cream of Pistachio from Sicily is very good. The cream is rich with pistachio flavor and it is sweet and creamy. It contains 45% pistachio nuts making it rich in flavor. Pistachio cream is quite versatile and goes with many different things. It works great as an ice cream topping, made into a candy filling, spread onto toast, etc. The size of the jar is quite generous and for the amount that comes in the jar the price is very good for the higher percentage of pistachios in the cream. It is quite easy to use, I stirred it up due to the slight amount of oil separation. I would recommend giving Pisti Cream of Pistachio a try if you’re looking for a good quality pistachio cream to try.

Huge jar! Was delivered very fast! I just ordered it the night before last and it came perfect! It's so delicious! Has 45% pistachios. For pistachio cream you want at least 45%. Don't buy the ones that have 30%! It's mostly oils and such. Pisti is a great brand! Very nutty and delicious

Before making this purchase, I read ALL reviews and viewed all photos. I saw a lot of 1 ⭐️ reviews, with complaints of broken jars, oil soaked delivery boxes. I went ahead and purchased it anyway and hoped for the best. See my photos to prove that MY jar arrived quadruple wrapped: 1) Encased in a hard plastic Pisti box, 2 ) bound tightly in firm bubble wrap, 3) bound tightly in packing tape AND 4) Sealed in a heavy, zippered plastic pouch. This item was wrapped well and arrived in perfect condition. The 1st ingredient listed is: 45% pistacchios. Then... sugar, milk and olive oil. THIS IS NOT a low sugar, low fat, non-dairy food. It is a luxurious, sweet, creamy spread. If you are diabetic, a follower of keto, you hate oils and fats, or you adhere to a calorie restricted menu::: THIS IS NOT THE PRODUCT FOR YOU. Please don't post a ranting review about the sugar or oil or that you are lactose intolerant and how this contains milk. Order yourself a jar of ground, unsalted, no-sugar, dairy free pistachio NUT BUTTER instead. This product would pair nicely served on on a dessert charcuterie board with some thin butter cookies, pretzels, and assorted sliced fruits. Or maybe drizzled over pound cake. Brick & Mortar Italian Import stores all across the U.S.A. are selling teensy 6 to 7 oz jars of Sicilian Pistacchio Crema for $14-$24. I recently bought a 6.2 oz jar of Fiasconaro in my local Italian market for $13.99. (Sugar is the 1st ingredient on the Fiasconaro jar and it's only 22% pistachios). This 21.2 oz. jar of Pisti is a great product at an excellent price.

I ordered this for making Dubai chocolate bars. I was torn between 3 or 4 stars, but the product was nicely packaged and properly sealed, so I didn't feel it was a knockoff, and the consistency of the product itself was good. It was smooth and creamy, and easy to work with. The price was better than some of the other pistachio creams on Amazon, which was what led me to order it instead of reordering the product again that I had originally been buying. I will say I’ve definitely had worse, so this one is okay. But it’s just that; it’s only okay. I honestly didn’t think it had much of a taste at all. The flavor was pretty faint. If you’re not looking for strong pistachio flavor or much sweetness, you might enjoy this one. I think what saved my bars was the milk chocolate that I used, because it had a sweeter taste, which helped balance out the blandness of this cream. Everyone still enjoyed the bars I made, which is why I’m not going to completely criticize this cream. But I’ve had better.

However, I have continued ordering from them because their prices are more affordable compared to other stores nearby, and the quality is good—the products taste great. In meinem ganzen Leben habe ich keine Freude an irgendwelchen Nusscremes oder ähnlichem gefunden. Bis ich dieses Produkt in einem Italienurlaub fand und probierte. Ich bin begeistert. Im Vergleich zu anderen Pistaziencremes hat Pisti einen hohen Anteil an Pistazien, aber vor allem schmeckt sie so unglaublich gut. Wenn ich ein Produkt als leckerstes Lebensmittel ever benennen müsste, dann wäre Pisti mit weitem Abstand auf Platz 1.
