I have frizz but i do not ever or have ever dyed my hair. Can i still use for frizz management?

I live in Florida and have thick , frizzy hair. This product works for me, when used in combo with an anti-frizz serum. I would not call it a heavy feel, but it is not a miracle smoother either. I have colored hair, so I like that it does not strip my color.
