a good price maybe does it work no i tried it in my brand new ml2165 not only did it say incompatible cartridge but it seems to have screwed up my printer im waiting to see if a new samsung cartridge will clear the fault , from what im reading on line its not going to work ever again, take my advice stick to the named brand right for the unit , im about to buy a new printer i wont make the same mistake again will just look out for deals on the cartridge

The Samsung compatible "LaserJet" cartridge was delivered promptly and when installed worked well giving good sharp prints. However, to someone with less than perfect eyesight it was not obvious that there were covers and protective strip that had to be removed to enable installation. A rudimentary instruction sheet would have prevented confusion. The supplier did however provide good answers to my queries about installation.

This toner did not work.The customer service were helpful and sent a patch. That didn't work either. I got a refund.But the worst thing is that now my printer doesn't even work with original Samsung toners anymore.This product destroyed my printer.

Removed my old cartridge in my SCX-3405FW, installed the new cartridge, which looks identical, printed two pages, and halted with error status of "Not Compatible Toner Cartridge". Waiting to see if the vendor has an answer, sans printer in the meantime. Will update if something changes.

What can you say about a toner, it worked very well and lasted well. When it got to the replacement , there was a fault but the merchant credited me with the money no hassel and very friendly. Well done can recomend.
