Totally works. Easy to use. Fit and finish. Make it easy to take lenses on and off.

This adapter works perfectly. It fit great, and attached to my Panasonic S1 with no problem. I used a Voigtlander 21mm f1.4, and on the lens side it was smooth and locked solid. No need to pay for the more expensive Leica adapter.

The Leica version of this adapter cost 25 times more. The finish on the Leica version may be better and is 6 bit encoded but so what. Only recent versions Leica lenses have the coding and perhaps a few other brands. The coding only tells the camera what lens is being mounted. No aperture data. That information can be added through the menu. What really counts is that the lens is solidly attached to the camera. This, the Fotasy adapter does very well.

Fits my zeiss lens very well

I was obviously happy to see there was a much cheaper alternative to the expensive adapter sold by Leica, but skeptical none-the-less. None of my lenses are six bit coded, so I have no need for the electronic contacts missing on this adapter, but I was worried about how the camera would react to this. From my experience, lenses worked just fine with the adapter. My main issue with this product was the lack of polish, some of which is purely aesthetic. There are a few spots around the edge where the metal is kind of ragged and feels unpleasant to the skin. Also, when I first put on the adapter it wouldn't catch and lock in place. Upon inspection, I realized there is a little hole milled out where a pin on the camera locks into. This hole is filled with red paint on the adapter, and the paint had filled so much of the hole, that the pin couldn't lock into place, so I scraped some of the paint out, and now the adapter works fine. If you are willing to overlook a few issues, and scrape that paint out, this is definitely a decent alternative to the expensive adapter from Leica. I'm quite happy using the T with my M lenses.

Not as sharp as better adapters.

Fits well but is really tight. Afraid of how hard it is to remove with manual lenses. Though the tightness improve over time, was not as good as the novaflex adater i replaced it with.

Great worth waiting for

Bought both the Fotasy and the Novoflex adaptor to see which had the better fit and finish. Surprisingly, the Fotasy locked tightly in place with no play at all, where as the much more expensive Novoflex was a tad loose. I would say the Novoflex had a slightly better finish, but in actual use focusing was more difficult due to the play in the mount. So it was returned and I went with the Fotasy. For the record I was adapting a TTArtisan 50mm F0.95 to a Panasonic S1R.

Class and a perfect fit. I can fully recomend this
