Works well even with inkjet printer
If you're sublimating on wood , you need this product. I made a complex picture using an inkjet printer. And this made the difference.

Not as described
I didn’t do a ceramic mug, it says it can be used for any metal and that is not the case here. Im not new to sublimation but wanted something specific I couldn't find a sub treated blank for which lead me to this product. It was a waste of money to even try it and I wish there were more honest reviews on it. What’s in the box doesn’t match what the listing says - there’s a bottle of solution and a tiny bottle of activator and that’s it. Thankfully I do have craft supplies and could get the measurements needed but it’s annoying that they say you get items you don’t. Even worse though is that the product doesn’t work. It’s super spotty, pools up easily and is so sticky it’s a struggle to work with. I got it on the blanks eventually but then it transferred horribly streaky and spotty. The smell is also INSANELY STRONG. And it lingered for hours. It’s not worth the money or the headache (literally) to try this product.

Works well
I watched and followed the directions in the video on the website. The first mug I used came out ok except for a few streaks. A couple weeks later I tried a second mug. Unfortunately, the dried-up coating in the mixing cup became goopy again (I didn't know I could only use the mixing cup once). So, when I mixed everything up and brushed it on the new mug, it left small chunks all over. And, once you apply the coating you cannot rinse it off and start over. Now I know the syringes and cup are for one-time use only and this kit does not come with extra. So disappointed. UPDATE: Since my last review, I was able to remove the coating with 100% Acetone as the mug hadn't been cured yet. The company reached out and offered a refund, but I opted to try the product again and requested additional syringes, which they graciously sent me. I used a paintbrush and applied a thicker coat with less brush strokes and the mug came out beautifully. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that I feel the kit should've come with extra measuring supplies because they are only good for single usage. Thank you, Ngoodiez for your wonderful customer service and for sending me the extra supplies.

Very Streaky
I got this product and the instructions are very minimal and literally maybe 20 lines long in a small brochure. The instructions stated to mix the solution and then apply with paint brush or sponge brush. I used the sponge brush that came with the kit. The brochure stated to allow to dry for 24 hours before sublimating your product. The product went on streaky and it did not matter what I did to smooth it out, just did not work. Then the product was sticky for almost a week. I had to look on the internet to find out if it is supposed to be sticky or not sticky. Apparently, the cup is not to be sticky prior to sublimation, which took almost a week for the cup to get to the point of not being sticky. This is not a very good product and wasted my money on the product and the cup.
