Solid, Stylish & Surprisingly Strong — Perfect for On-the-Go Content Creation!
I’ve been using the Manfrotto PIXI Mini Tripod for a few weeks now, and it’s quickly become an essential part of my iPhone gear. Whether I’m vlogging with my mirrorless camera, recording overhead shots, or just snapping stills on a table or uneven surface, this little tripod handles it all brilliantly. Build quality is excellent—it’s lightweight yet incredibly sturdy, thanks to the aluminium and technopolymer construction. The push-button ball head is smooth and intuitive to adjust, locking firmly in place with zero wobble. It doubles as a comfortable handgrip, which is perfect for handheld shooting or selfie-style video. Despite its compact size, it easily supports my iPhone without any strain or instability. Also, shoutout to the design—sleek, minimal, and genuinely premium-feeling. You can tell it’s made in Italy. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned creator, this tripod is a great investment. Portable, versatile, and built to last—what more could you want?

End Level Boss of phone Tripods!
Beautifully simple. Fantastically engineered. Bought this as a gift for my wife who makes a lot of social content for work and leisure - and it works flawlessly. Well built, feels sturdy, ball joint is strong, adjustment button works perfectly. The fact you just open it and no faff with height or angle, and just put it where you want it, is great. No more leaning your phone up against something!! I teamed this with a phone holder from K&F and it is the end level boss of phone content tripods!

Handy mini tripod!
Love this little tripod. It feels really well made and fits perfectly in the hand to use as a vlogging handle if needed. The ball head makes for easy adjustment as well. I pair mine with the Fujifilm X-S20 and the Fuji 18-55mm lens. Holds perfectly. Can often grab it for a bargain too!

Nice tripod, good option at this price point.
Nice little tripod if your device isn't too heavy. A camera body and my long macro lens (RF 100mm f2.8 L Macro) was a little too much for this tripod, leading to instability if the lens was not over one of the tripod legs and even then it didn't feel very safe. Stability is good with shorter lenses.

An excellent mini tripod - you won't regret this
This is an excellent buy. I was previously using a cheapish mini tripod with flexible legs, which frankly wasn't great. I wanted something that was capable of being used with my iPhone, my Sony RX100vi compact and, at a push the bigger and heavier (though not that big or heavy) Fuji X-S10 mirrorless. I also wanted a ball head for added flexibility. I was slightly worried that the push lock for the ball head wouldn't work very well, or be flimsy and loose, but actually in use, it's been rock solid with all three devices. The only downside as far as I can see, although it hasn't been an issue for me, is that the legs are not step lockable (ie their no system to open them and lock them in stages. It's one smooth opening motion. However, the rubber stops on the feed, and the gentle stiffness of the legs means they can be opened part way without fear of the slipping to full extension - at least with the lighter devices like the iPhone and Sony compact. Obviously, the heavier the device used, the more risk of a big slipping open, but I think you'll be OK unless you're using a massive DLSR to be honest. Note that you will need a separate mobile phone grip - luckily the one I had on my old mini tripod (shown here on the iPhone device photo) fits and has a screw thread for both landscape and portrait attachment so I didn't have to buy another one - and the Manfrotto specific one is expensive for what it it. You'll certainly be able to find a cheaper alternative on Amazon. All in all, at the price I paid, it's a steal for a quality product. One of my best camera gear purchases. Recommended.

proper solid quality mini tripod, stronger than it looks
bought for my wifes new dwarlab 3 telescope. really sturdy and strong, the dwarf 3 is heavier than most cameras, but has no problem holding it, even when its rotating.

A quality product as always from Manfrotto - compact and easy to use, solid position lock
I bought this for use with my smartphone and travelling. I really didn't want to carry anything larger and this tabletop size tripod is every bit as good as you would expect from Manfrotto. The materials and construction are solid. The legs are a really strong plastic and the ball mechanism is metal. The rubber tip feet on the legs is also a nice touch for smooth surfaces. The legs have enough resistance to keep them steady in any position and the ball joint locking mechanism is simple to swivel into position but solid once locked. No wobble or shakes, brilliant for night photography and compact enough to slip into a coat pocket. Not that cheap but you get what you pay for.

Huge step up from cheap
I didn't want to spend a lot on a mini tripod. I own a cheap one. They work. But, they can be noisy in use when recording sound and the spread of their three legs can make them less stable in wind. Adjustment is usually crude - either too free or too stiff. A top heavy heavy item can become a menace to itself with a floppy adjustment mechanism. For table top use, my cheap one works and makes do. I wanted something better for portable use. As soon as I took the Manfrotto MTPIXIMII-B out of the packaging it felt like quality. It looks good and feels good in the hands. The push button mechanism to adjust the ball on which equipment is attached works very well. It is always under some friction to that it does not flop about. The spread of the legs is wide - about 7 1/2" leg to leg. This makes it very sturdy. At the bottom of each leg is a rubberised type of foot. These give the tripod a non-slip boost plus some anti-vibration benefits (good for sound recording). The material it is made from feels nice in the hand. All the lines and edges are devoid of roughness. When closed, the legs fold nicely together to created a nice tactile and secure handle. The legs aren't loose and can be brought closer together to raise the mount (by about 2") or to fit the tripod into a space with a smaller foot print. You lose contact with the rubberised feet, but the tripod still feels good - though depending on what is mounted, top heaviness will inevitably lead to instability so not advised in wind or if there is a risk of being knocked. There is a large round pad on the mounting screw which sits nicely against equipment and adds to security and stability. It doesn't attempt any gimmicks or additional features. It simply does its job well - very well. I expect it to last a long time.
