I replaced the rear turn signal bulbs from my Yamaha V-star 650 for these LED bulbs and they work. Yes, they will cause hyperflash. This is because LED lights consume less current but have a higher light output. So you can either buy a new relay to solve this problem or install load resistors, which I do not recomend. The process is really simple, but if you're not confident enough to do it, you can always look for professional help.

I installed these due to them being red, saved me from having to buy new lens for a older car, had to install resisters to get them to work proberly, but they just didn't hold up, one blub had half the leds going out in less then 8 months, then the other one went out completely a month later, defeats the purpose of leds.

I purchased these bulbs for use in a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan to replace a bulb labeled 3757. Online the 3757 is compatable with the 3057, 3157, and 3357, which this listing also claims to be compatible with. I installed these bulbs, which fit and was simple to reach on this vehicle. They do work and are bright, but after 10 seconds of use they begin to "hyperflash" at about 2 or 3 times the normal speed and the dash indicates an error, saying "turn signal lamp out". While they do work, they are not a direct replacement in this vehicle.
