Gaiam Ankle Weights, Wearable Bracelet to Strengthen, Tone & Sculpt, Adjustable Ankle Weights for Women & Men for Yoga, Dance, Pilates, Barre, Cardio, Home & Gym Use

I’ve been using these Gaiam wrist weights for a few weeks now and overall, I’m really happy with them. I mainly wear them during walks and they add just enough resistance to feel like I’m getting a little extra out of my routine. I also love how they look. They are sleek and minimal, almost like a chunky bracelet, so I don’t feel silly wearing them out in public. They’re super comfortable and don’t slip around much, which was a pleasant surprise. The adjustable strap makes them easy to fit, and the quality feels solid for the price. That said, they’re definitely not meant for intense workouts, so if you’re looking to build serious strength, these probably aren’t heavy enough. Also, they can feel a bit snug after extended wear, especially if you have larger wrists or ankles. Overall, great for boosting daily movement and toning a little more without making a big production out of it. Would definitely recommend for anyone easing into fitness or looking to add some resistance to everyday activity.

I've worn them walking 1-2.5 miles multiple times now and they stay on the whole time. Happy!

Weights are exactly what I was looking for. I used them for rehab after a knee replacement. Nice color and comfortable to wear on my ankles. I would not use them for walking or running as that would not be good for my joints.

I’ve bought these about 3 times. After 6-9 months the velco wears out and they don’t stay on. For reference: 5’8” female 140 lbs with medium ankles. I use them several times a week for home exercises (squats, lunges, leg lifts) but nothing vigorous or constant like walking or jumping. Despite the lousy velcro, I keep buying them because when the velco works they are comfortable. The other options for 5lb ankle weights are solid weights in bags ( which dig into my ankles and ankle weight with sand for the weight and the sand will eventually leak and get on floor / carpet. This would be the perfect ankle weights if they did away with the weak velco and had a buckle or different fastener but I guess they are getting more money out of me if they keep breaking and I keep buying. I don’t see how these would hold up for walking even when they are new. I did try the amazon brand ankle weights and they were uncomfortable in the 5 lb. Also these do not leak sand at all.

Love it

These whites do what they're supposed to do. The only gripe I would have is if they're a little bit small and they're hard to get around my ankles. Other than that they're fine

Easy to use. Fit comfortably. Great quality. Stays in place. Just enough of a leg workout. Fits well and easy to adjust. Was able to pack in suitcase for trip.

Nice wish they were bigger great for both ankles and wrists

Very well made. I've had other ankle weights and usually the attachment straps are narrow strips that wrap around the back and cause pouching. These have broad velcro integrated at the ends and stay tight, no sagging. I recommend highly and would purchase a second set if I could get them as 5lbs each. --- It is now Nov 7, 5 weeks after purchase and one of the seams has separated in a gap of about 1/4" so the weight beads keep falling out. I wish I could get an exchange. They are otherwise still nice weights, but everyday a little bit leaks out and they are getting lighter each day.
