Though the delivery was bit cumborsome, it came as a relief and support frm seller was much appreciable. It is DIY cot simple with screw and a spanner provided with the cot. Storage lift type not drawer, u need to remove matress to use it. But very good storage space. Two persons can easily assemble it. Packing is perfect no damage. I ordered this bed expecting a brand new, quality product — instead, I received a damaged and defective piece that completely ruined my experience. This wasn’t just any order — this was meant for my wedding day, and the condition of the bed was a huge disappointment. To make things worse, the seller tried to cover it up by sending a carpenter instead of replacing the product. Why would I want a brand new product repaired on day one? That’s completely unacceptable. Adding to the frustration, their representative Meenakshi pressured me into giving a 5-star rating even after I raised concerns about the damaged item — and flat out refused to help. I have screenshots of the entire conversation as proof. I regret buying this product and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If you care about quality and service, stay far away. This was a terrible experience from start to finish.

The bed itself is good – solid quality and matches the description. No complaints about the actual product, which is why I’m giving 4 stars for that. However, the SERVICE EXPERIENCE was terrible and deserves only 1 STAR. The installation was extremely delayed, and the bed was left packed for more than three days, occupying unnecessary space in my home. Later when customer service contacted me, the lady I spoke to was incredibly rude. She had no updates whatsoever for the assembly of the product. Later, I got a call from Bansal Furniture, and thankfully they spoke more politely. They informed me that no request was sent for assembly—which was shocking because it was clearly mentioned in the product description that assembly is free. They admitted it was a miscommunication on their end. But things didn’t end there—today I received a call asking me to PAY for the assembly service. When I explained that it was written that it's included for free, he was still reluctant to believe me. I had to video call the guy on WhatsApp and show him the product page to prove my point. This whole situation was mentally exhausting and frustrating. The poor coordination and rude behavior turned what should have been a smooth experience into a case of mental harassment. My suggestion to future buyers: GOOD: The product is worth it. BAD: But be prepared for poor after-sales service. GOOD: Double-check your order details and screenshot everything, especially if it says free assembly. BAD: Don’t expect smooth communication—it was a mess. Amazon and the seller really need to improve their post-sales support. It’s high time customer satisfaction was taken seriously.

Initially I was bit reluctant to buy a queen size bed from online store . But I has no time and energy to visit couple of stores and select one. So, I ordered online. To my surprise, product quality was very good. Bed frames were quite sturdy and heavy with no defects. Got them delivered and assembled by delivery men. I am very happy . Only one issue is, I has ordered queen bed, received king .

It is great quality bed made of pure sheesham and looks elegant. The installation is also easy. I also like the price point at which we got it and is great value for money. Do check out this product if you are looking for queen or king size bed with box storage. The experience with seller was also very good with prompt delivery service.

I satisfied with outer material but little bit not happy with wooden ply it’s very disappointing me. The wooden ply material is third class even box ply is also.

Bought a month back and it is not sheesham wood as said in the description. Build quality and finishing is very bad and not UPTO the standard. Plywood given with the bed is of lowest standard. Within a week it has caught fungus and also got a bent. When contacted seller, seller says this might be our fault and not part of warranty and telling us that for a replacement they will charge for the plywood and delivery.

The cot looks sturdy and strong.
