What percent to dilute to swab in nose? Doc recommends to do that to kill viruses

FLCCC (lookup on web) recommends dilute 10%: “25ml of 10% in 250ml boiled water; 4-5 drops each nostril every 4 hours (no more than 5 days in pregnancy)”

Does this kill mold? Does it break down biofilms? I know it's not made for that, just answer the goddang question.

I am not a doctor. Personally, I think it could help with the mold growth. As far as the biofilms, it is probably not strong enough if used alone.
