Second Review : Should have listened to the other reviews. They fell apart after 2 hours. The headphones broke after 3nd use after the ladybug ornaments fell off. The ornmaments were the only reason they purchased in the first place. It is a waste of effort to get them replaced or repaired. Should have read the warranty closer"Shipment of the defective item for repair under this warranty will be at the customer's own risk and expense. ".It would cost more to return these for repair/replacement than they are worth. Not gonna throw good money after bad.

Ottimo servizio clienti
Ho acquistato questi auricolari per regalarli a mia figlia. L'unico pregio è l'estetica. Nonostante fossero ben confezionate, uno dei due cavi in prossimità dell'auricolare era già fallato: ho dovuto subito rinforzarlo con del nastro adesivo per evitare che si rompesse dopo pochi usi.Il microfono da utilizzare durante le chiamate funziona bene ma questi auricolari sono praticamente inutilizzabili per ascoltare musica in quanto la qualità del suono è pessima, risulta totalmente ovattato. Tra l'altro non c'è nessun risparmio nell'acquistarle da Amazon, le ho viste identiche da Mondadori alla stessa cifra. Se non altro si può sceglierle non fallate! Dopo pochi giorni di non utilizzo perchè facevano venire mal di testa tanto si sentivano male, ho acquistato, spendendo poco di più degli ottimi auricolari con microfono colorati Samsung e non c'è paragone! Non li consiglio a nessuno.Aggiornamento del 29 maggio:Dopo questa recensione sono stata contattata dal Servizio clienti della Polonord Adeste che si è scusato per la non integrità del prodotto e ha provveduto a spedirmi un nuovo auricolare in confezione regalo per mia figlia, senza peraltro chiedere il reso di quello difettoso. Sono rimasta favorevolmente colpita da questa attenzione nei confronti dei clienti. Il nuovo prodotto è arrivato immediatamente e integro.Grazie sig. Fabio.

Si sono rotte subito. Belline davvero ma dopo due utilizzi una cuffia funziona e l' altra no.

Ho avuto un problema con questi auricolari, il primo paio non funzionava bene ed il venditore me ne ha inviati subito un altro paio. Aimè anche i secondi non sono durati tanto, comunque sono veramamente carinissimi
