These glucose tablets are a life saver, literally. I have reactive hypoglycemia, and have had blood glucose levels of 40. When it gets that low, I cannot function at allFortunately I have learned the symptoms when it is coming on, and can usually take these glucose tablets to reverse the insulin dump and blood glucose crash before it hits full force. My wife and granddaughter who lives with us also are trained to recognize the symptoms and know what to do.
