Vinhos Deluxe Board Game Strategy Board Game

Another heavy Lacerda game. I will preface this by stating I’ve only played the 2016 edition of this. It comes with two different versions of the game: a revamped 2010 edition, as well as the new 2016. I’ve played 2P and solo. The solo is very fun, and you don’t have to do much upkeep for the AI, and the upkeep is basic movements you already do throughout the game. There’s a lot of strategy and you are rewarded for sticking with a plan, while you will suffer if you decide to change your plan halfway through the game. Comparing this to viticulture: they are two different animals. One is a worker placement game, while Vinhos is an action selection. The theme is the same: age and sell wine, but the mechanics to get it done are completely different. Definitely a refreshing new way to look at the same theme.

The 2016 side of the board is WAY better! Amazing theme, great concept, and once you get the hang of it is so much fun!! Solo is a bit tricky, but challenging nonetheless. Love this game!

Easy to follow instructions, fun game. We loved it!

Cannot find the solitaire cards when I check the contents book. This is insane, got a new wrapped board game with missing partial component. This more insane part is I cannot find any channel to report this issue, only return it. However, when I choose return, I got a notice that “A partial or zero refund may apply based on returned item condition as per our policy.” I already unwrap the package so I’m not sure whether I could get fully refundable due. So I choose to keep it and leave a review.

Good product at a competitive price but made expensive by not offering cheaper postage option.

This game is beautiful. It’s a great strategy game that is easy to understand after your first play through. A must have!
