Does what it should
This product worked as expected and this was my first time ever using this tool for me. However, the jelly round does pop out time to time but no big deal & the photo description clearly says it is detachable. The one I received was not dirty as described in other reviews which I was happy about! It’s easy to wipe off polish, I used a baby wipe to clean.

Arrived broken, no way to message seller
The media could not be loaded. Very dissatisfied!! The plastic was cracked, the silicone pad was super dirty with crumbs and hair and dirt. Very crappy product, not ok to be shipping this to people.

The video of how to use this makes it look very easy, but I still have learning to do.

Disappointed
I ordered this thinking it would make French tips on my nails easier but when I opened it, it was ripped and broken. It would fall out of the container every time I tried to use it. Waste of money

Buyer Beware!
This product comes with no instructions. I put white nail polish on it to get a french manicure. When you put your nail in the silicone, it pushes the nail polish up on your nail and leaves the nail unpolished. A waste of money!
