Just opened my package and found a small chunk was missing from the back causing the yellow padding to show and though I ordered a size 8(my usual size) my toes are right at the front,not happy, hoping a shoe stretcher will make them a cm bigger to fit as even afterall that they are a beautiful pair of shoes and very cute, shame I have stupid feet

I bought these shoes for my teenage daughter and she was so excited to have them. She only put them once and after couple of hours she was literally crying with open wounds all over her ankles because of the straps! The straps have very sharp bits inside because of the metal decoration. I cannot believe that these shoes are even allowed to be sold, they must be banned and there must be some sort of safety regulations. Not only this, but the platform have also deformed after such a short time of wearing - no more than two hours. Absolute rubbish, do not buy and do not hurt your feet, you’ll end up with terrible long healing wounds and scars, not just on the ankles but feet as well! I’m so frustrated and refund is not enough for compensation. It's been a week and my daughter is still in pain and can't even wear her normal school shoes due to this.

Bought these for my daughter, waited a full 2 months for them to arrive, only to find that they are a very short fitting. If you order these, i suggest you go for at least one size up, or forget about walking in them.Quality wise, they are as light as a feather.

I ordered a size 4 but the shoes that arrived were way too small and my daughter could not fit into them.

Got these for my daughter,followed measurements and yes they fit but a bit tight on the side of the toes,will take a fair bit of wearing in, also marked my flooring when she walked around the house,it did come off but not sure how easy it would be if I hadn't noticed straight away.She loves them and basically happy with them

Terrible smell of glue. Shoes are so narrow they hurt within minutes of wearing. Waste of money. Don't wear

Lovely item a little bigger than expected but still great item

Daughter loved the style but on first wear out the strap snapped and doesn’t look easily repairable. Bad quality.
