Please make sure to confirm the type of your battery before selecting the charging mode, the Sigma 1 is suitable for a wide range of 6V/12V lead-acid batteries and 12V lithium batteries, charging batteries up to 32Ah and maintaining all battery capacity.

Q: what is the best us to uk adapter plug fit for this product, for use in the uk.

Since it’s a two prong there is no ground. so you can use a standard US to UK adapter

Q: Can this charge a battery that is at 0%? I hooked it up and selected 12v but nothing seems to happen?

I would try the 12v Repair mode instead of the normal 12v mode. I used thus mode for my motorcycle battery during the winter. This mode is also for older batteries. So this is probably the better mode if yo are at 0%. I'm not 100% on this but that is the route I would try. It takes 4 hours for the repair mode. Good luck.
