I bought the DB13 for a 3000watt peak 750RMS 2Ohm amp to match a 3000watt peak dual subs at 2Ohms. After switch from a 4Ohm amp to this 2Ohm same brand I’ve notice a lot more Thump and bass. Good quality. Size is decently small for the power. As long as you match the ohms the heat should stay low haven’t had issues near full bass for 10 minutes. This is my set up.

Great amp. I opened it up when I got it to see how it was built. Its solid inside. Caps are glued and no flex on the board. I've been using it for about 8 months now with no issues even on hot days when the car is burning inside. I'm running 2 12" 400watt rms each @ 3ohms. Use the cea rating when your matching to your subs all the other ratings are useless. You can't run this at 1 ohm so dvc subs won't work if your running a pair.

I bought one of these amplifiers wasn’t so sure about this amplifier then when I got it installed I ordered another asap wow it gives a clean sound for the money you can’t beat this I love these amplifiers Rockville I believe in you guys now thanks
