Hoover HLEV10LG Freestanding Vented Tumble Dryer, Sensor Dry, 10 kg Load, White

Fantastic dryer I absolutely love it, good 10kg size and everything dries so fast. I’ve not tried all the options as I’m finding the 45 minute option dries absolutely everything properly even towels. Only issue was as other said was my Superking duvet cover going into a ball, I use 3 wool dryer balls which do help but I try and keep an eye on it to move it around. Seller excellent and good communication throughout regarding delivery.

So far absolutely hating this machine. I had chosen it due to the ability to have the old machine removed, the new one unpacked and installed and the packaging taken away. Essential to me as I am currently immobile. The first hurdle was being told my payment wasn't valid, which was absolutely wrong and had to use another card,only for the installation. After having to cancel the whole order and starting again I was then told there was no installation available in my area, so it wasn't my card that was the issue, it was the lack of service. I should have moved along then. However, I stupidly kept going. I got the machine, no proper delivery time agreed so stuck in my house with people waiting to help when it came. Next problem is the app. Which when downloaded doesn't seem to want to 'talk' to the machine. Without it, it is hopeless to try and get it to work. The one touch button is a laugh. There was no paperwork included so can only assume I have to chase it down online. As this was by no means the cheapest option I feel it is vastly overpriced and I still have to achieve getting a single drying load done. If I hadn't already got the darn thing installed I would be sending it back. Definitely would not ever recommend to anyone. Three different people have come in to see if they can get it working correctly and still no joy! Expensive ornament currently.

Replacing what has being a very simple 6kg dryer From Beko we have had a number of years and found it sooo simple to use .. ...but this one has a digital display and we were on cusp of returning due to over complicated progs etc . but on asking a friend the best option .. was told to use one touch , so we did and WOW What a difference in drying time .. it is so fast .. we getting use to using this now and if you have one might be best to persist till you find best setting to suit your needs .. one star knocked just for being a bit complicated .. but drying time and drum size 10kg is FAB ... welcome to the digital age .. also i must add was getting hard to find a vented one seems they are being phased out ! but this one is spot on . and good price point ..

Good purchase.We have been using the drying now for about 7 months. We use it almost every day. We set up the dryer outside in the shed at the back of our garden. It works well no matter if is low temperature minus 2 or 35 degrees. We found it easy to use, low cost, we didn’t see our electricity bill going up much . For us this first vented dryer was a game changer in our life. No need anymore to go to the washettaria and paid at least £6 a week. I am sure we have already covered the cost of our investment. Highly recommended purchase.

This dryer is really good. it's quiet and does a great job at drying clothes quickly and easily simple to use doesn't make much noise compared to previous I've had. Love it to be honest and it looks pretty

Only had this a few days & so far it works well. A bit noisy, so I wouldn't recommend for a small house/flat. Mostly dries well but have had to put on for a bit longer a couple of times as a couple of items were still damp. For price, pretty ok!

Where do we start with this review? I wanted a wifi enabled dryer so we could monitor things like the electic usage, when filters need changing the little quality of life things really. This has been a nightmare purchase, and not only becuase of the wifi! 8 months after purchase, after having no fewer than 3 engineers out, we have been told that the reason we cant get the device working with our phones? Its because it only works with android. This obviously is a huge dissapointment for us, but worst of all..... IT DOESNT DRY CLOTHES! We used to put our clothes on to dry in the evening when we went to bed, because the electric is cheaper on our tarrif, and then when we got up for work in the morning the clothes would be dry. This now sadly isnt the case, as no matter what setting we have on, and how little clothes we have in the dryer (our washer is only a 5kg drum, so we cant over fill the dryer), we have to put things on to dry at least twice, and some times three times, this just isnt practical and has been one of the worst purchases we have ever made. The wifi not working is annoying, and it would have been great if someone could have told us this when we contacted support in the first week, but now 8 months or so later, we are buying a new dryer and this one is going to the landfill as its just not for purpose.
