Great stuff. My husband uses this to help with cramps and it really helps. He even uses it a half strength and it works. My grandkids drink it as lemonade and love the flavor. I could purchase this elsewhere (big box store) and it would probably cost less per packet but they only sell mixed flavor boxes. The other flavors are not to his taste so having the bags of single flavors is great for us. I am going to put it on subscription next time I buy it.

Liquid I.V. is a fantastic hydration solution that works quickly and effectively. The flavors are refreshing, and the added electrolytes and vitamins provide an energy boost that plain water can't. It’s especially great for workouts, travel, or recovering from dehydration. While slightly pricier than regular drinks, the convenience and results make it worth it. Highly recommend!

This product has changed my life I suffer from extreme dehydration and a need for increased salt due to POTS Syndrome. I have had to be hospitalized just to receive IV fluids due to the extreme dehydration that POTS can cause. I always carry a bottle of artisan water and have ever stocked up on Pedialyte and Gatorade yet nothing seemed to make a huge difference until this product. I went to a local health and fitness store and purchased some electrolyte powder to add to my water and that’s when I first saw these tiny packets. I purchased a few with my other electrolyte powder and left. After a few more hospital visits and stays I was quite unhappy about my lack of ability to keep my sodium intake up to stave off the low blood pressure and near fainting and dehydration. I didn’t want to get an IV port surgically implanted if I could keep from it as it had almost come to that due to finding my veins when dehydrated is so difficult for the hospital.
