This combination of B6 & B12 avoids the wannabee Folic Acid (Fauxlate) synthetic drug, which I've heard increases cancers and infant deaths (unlike the healthy and natural B9/folate). It's a good size, good strength, and good price.

Seem ok.
The vitamins seem ok, I bought to try and relieve restless leg syndrome, I am about 2 weeks in using them and I haven't noticed two much difference, but I am sure they will be helping my vitamin intake in general.

Noticeable boost in energy
We’ve been using these B6 and B12 tablets for about a year. My partner often struggled with low energy and napped a lot, and since starting these, their energy levels have improved significantly. The tablets are slightly larger than average, but they go down easily. I’d love to see bigger size options for the pot, but overall really happy with them.
