- Queen Mattress 12 Inch, Medium Firm Feel with Motion Isolation

This is an excellent medium firm mattress it's been great for me a side sleeper and my husband both side and back sleeper it's beautifully on our frame that moves up and down very comfortable mattress. I'm so impressed with this I ordered a queen for the camper

Comfortable mattress, quiet, quick inflation, odor resistant after two years of use still sleeps like a new mattress great value for money

I spent a lot of time trying to decide which mattress to purchase on Amazon. There were just so many choices. So in the end I stuck with my gut and chose the Coolve 12in Hybrid. My partner and I had been using a mattress that neither of us could remember where it came from, so the bar was set pretty low. (It was at least 7 years old.) The shipping was quick and that was appreciated. We waited 72 hours for it to fully expand (we had heard to do otherwise basically ruins the mattress). Finally, on our first night, we noticed a few quirks that I had hoped were just temporary issues. Sadly, we have had the mattress for about 20 days now and it's becoming more and more obvious that these "quirks" are more personality traits. The edges of the bed have not fully inflated as much as the center of the bed. Or so it seems to be on the right side at least. I know this because the first night and a couple of nights following I managed to fall out of bed while I was asleep, This has NEVER happened to me before. It seems that the bed is at a slight slant. There are also already impressions where my partner and I each sleep. I'm not sure if maybe we took a couple of days off from using the bed if it would maybe fill back in... but that's not something that I feel like I should need to do every week or so. I do think that the mattress is comfortable enough to honestly get a decent night's sleep but again that's because I'm used to sleeping on such a terrible mattress that anything could be considered an upgrade. As far as pain, I usually wake up hurting all over. Especially in the knee and lower back area. This is what motivated me to look for a new mattress in the first place. Sadly, I am still not seeing much of a difference in that area. I didn't notice any kind of chemical smell or anything like that when I opened the package however so that's good. Overall, I don't know how to feel. I'm happy to be in a better mattress and I mean this mattress is far from being the worst. Unfortunately, I just feel a little disappointed. ****Update*** I honestly had to increase the stars for this product just because the customer service I've received from this company has been awesome. They are more than willing to try to find a fix for any issues that might occur with their products. They have more than redeemed themselves in my book.

Medium Firm is rather firm, but it does not hurt my pressure points. I have enjoyed the mattress, and it only took 24 hours to inflate. I’ve been sleeping on it for about two weeks, to me seems like a great value, I’ve bought memory foam mattresses for more that enjoyed less.

I purchased this XL twin medium firm mattress on July 23, 2025 along with a XL twin firm mattress. While the medium mattress has held up okay, the firm one has been a huge letdown. In under a year, the firm mattress has completely lost its original shape, developed significant sagging, and become very uncomfortable to sleep on. I emailed the seller about the issue but received no response. Since the seller removed the original listing for the firm mattress and created a new one for the same type (which appears to be an attempt to hide negative reviews), I had no option but to post this review here on the medium-firm listing. I would not recommend this firm mattress to anyone looking for proper support and durability.
