The right size and a good color
It's important for me to have a display that's full sized to show how necklaces will hang. The color is medium and near a medium flesh tone, so you don't get exaggerated darks and highlights when you photograph the jewelry. The linen-look cover is a nice texture and doesn't show lint. It's also loose enough to poke ear wires through on the top front edge so you can show sets.
