Before buying the Mederma PM Intensive Overnight Scar Cream, I read a lot of positive reviews online and had high hopes for it. I purchased it here in the UAE, thinking it would help significantly with my scars caused by a hot wax burn under my arm. Unfortunately, after using an entire tube consistently, I haven't seen the “magical” results that so many people seemed to mention. I followed the instructions carefully and applied it every night before sleeping, as recommended. The cream itself is easy to apply, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t leave a greasy residue, which I appreciated. However, in terms of actual scar improvement, I have not seen major changes. The scars are still very visible, and while there might be a slight softening of the skin texture, it’s definitely not the dramatic healing I was expecting. I’m currently using my second tube because I want to give it a full, fair chance — knowing that scar treatments often take time — but based on my experience so far, I would say results are slow and minimal. Maybe it works better for newer or less severe scars, but for a burn injury like mine, it hasn’t performed as promised. Overall, it’s a decent product in terms of texture and ease of use, but for me personally, it didn’t live up to the hype. it's expensive for this size

I purchased the Mederma PM Intensive Overnight Scar Cream after getting an oil burn on June 7. I started applying it on June 8, and I’m writing this review on June 24 after using it consistently for a little over two weeks. The first thing I noticed is how lightweight the cream is. It’s not thick or greasy, so it’s easy to spread over the affected area without using much product. I also really like the subtle scent—it isn’t overpowering, which makes it pleasant to use before bed. As for the results, I’ve been genuinely happy with the progress. The scar is much less noticeable now than when I first started using the cream. I also noticed that the brown area from the oil burn peeled over time. I’m not entirely sure if that was the scab naturally coming off or part of the scar healing process, but I do feel that this cream helped lighten the area and supported the healing process. I ordered this almost immediately after reading positive reviews because I didn’t want to wait after getting burned, and for me, it was definitely worth it. While everyone’s skin heals differently, my experience has been very positive, and I’m glad I started using it right away.

Tengo manchas hiperpigmentadas. Me recomendaron esta crema, de entrada supee chiquita (28gr) como dice la descripción pero, para que se hagan a la idea por el tamaño. Es 2 de diciembre, y empezaré a usarlo, regresaré a decir si está si funcionó ya que he probado muchísimas y nada ha ayudado.
