This is an amazing product. Great value for the money, and effective as well as easy to use... Just add a few drops to water or juice... great for sleep and minor pain relief. Just be sure to keep the doses small and don't take this if you are on any form of SSRI's. Most people should consult a doctor before taking this, or take it while under the care of a physician familiar with this product. It will make you pee blue, and it will permanently stain anything it touches, so handle with Care.

Spot on description. As I am using it, I did notice better respiratory outcomes.

Pretty good product. Noticed a difference on day two. Staying around 5 drops daily. I do three drops in a medium glass of water then hour later do two more. It does taste nasty which is why I split my dose. Be careful it will permanently stain fabric and some surfaces. Noticed a clearer head and less fatigue.

It's great product for energy.

Am I missing something? Where are the directions for this product? How much do I take? It says drop? Like one tiny drop or a full vial of the dropper that comes with it? How ridiculous to not have directions on the bottle.

I'm not one to write reviews, but I do happen to like and wear pretty expensive and comfortable clothes. This review is not about the quality of the product, (I didn't get that far before I felt compelled to warn my best dressed besties!!!) WHEN YOU RECEIVE THIS BOTTLE AND SEPARATE DROPPER TOP: STEP 1 : REMOVE ALL CLOTHING!!!!! (THAT U LIKE) AND STAND ON A SURFACE THAT YOU DONT CARE ABOUT....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE LAWN OR GRAVEL!!! (just gently removing the plug from the bottle absolutely DESTROYED a $250 pant suit I happened to be wearing and also irreversibly stained the tiles and sink in the hotel I happened to be staying in) ...(so, REEEEAAAALLLLYYY EXPENSIVE LESSON LEARNED!!!!) Turns out that NOTHING will remove the stain once this substance has contact with ANY SURFACE!! I still am convinced it's an extremely good and beneficial product (my coworkers who use it regularly swear by this brand) ...but they're not neat freaks and don't wear luxury clothing....so I just wanted y'all to get the warning I didn't. 😂🤗 great product but don't open unless you're naked standing in gravel or in the shower or if you're looking for an excuse to replace your entry shower tiles!! 🤣😂🤗 I'm laughing but simultaneously trying to settle with the hotel...DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!! Just put a towel over it and open it far away from any indoor space and don't ever let this product inside your house or near any surface or your clothes. Other than that, I've heard AMAZING things!! I'm pushing forward despite the massive surfactory inconveniences.

I don’t feel it but know that it works.

I bought two bottles. For my body size, I needed 7 mL of the 0.5% solution. Shortly after taking it, my urine turned deep blue. I used up both bottles. Then, I found a higher grade 2% solution of Methylene Blue by Heiltropfen and started taking it. To equal the same dose took only 2 mL. After taking it for several days, I noticed that my urine was not changing colors very much, which means this new 2% solution is better refined and pure, and is being better absorbed by my body.

The product has absolutely zero effect on me and the taste is disgustingly bad.
