Healthy but not the best taste
I’ve been exploring alternative grain sources as a plant based eater for healthier and even alkaline options. These noodles were used to make Thanksgiving pasta. It has a slight aftertaste and difficult to cook. It works but I’m sure there are better vegan pastas made with ancient grains
