Coral Calcium Plus Vitamin D3 1000 mg (120 Capsules) Natural Antioxidants Bone Health Providing Naturally-Occurring Ionic Forms of Absorbable Calcium, Magnesium and All Trace Minerals

I have been taking this since December, ordered on Amazon. The big reason I bought it was because I only have to take 1 capsule a day to get the 1,000mg. The calcium I had ordered before said to take six a day for 1,000mg! No thanks! The other reason I ordered this is because it is coral calcium. I don't know if it's psychological or not, but coral calcium seems to make me feel better with my lower joint problems whereas I can't tell any difference taking other forms of calcium. I would like to know more about which forms of calcium are the easiest for our bodies to absorb. There is so much conflicting information out there- one even saying that coral calcium is bad for you, and it's a rip-off scam. Others say calcium citrate cause deposits. If anyone has any helpful info about all this and can attach a link to this review, I'd appreciate it. But honestly, if my back and joints hurt, and I take 2 of these, along with some type of bone broth or gelatin, (like Vital Nutrients Collagen Peptides, or even Knox Gelatin, if you are on a budget like me!) I can feel the pain easing up in moments.

I had run out of whatever brand of coral calcium I used previously and so purchased this Lally Naturals Coral Calcium. Since I started taking this I feel better. I do not like calcium tablets and these capsules do the trick for me as they are very easy to swallow. Coral calcium is recommended over other calcium forms for anyone who might have heart issues as we do not want the heart to get too much calcium, but still want a good supplement for bone health and this has many benefits besides just calcium, such as minerals included and can help with alkalization of the body. I also had hyperparathyroidism and this coral calcium will keep my levels where they should be without any tingling sensations noted from being low on calcium. I was getting some numbness and tingling in arms at night when taking regular calcium carbonate because I didn't want to take too much. I will purchase again when I get low.

My mom has taken Coral Calcium for decades and has great bo e density. My doctor has recently told me to start taking calcium, so I am going with what has worked for my mom!

I love this supplement. I can actually feel the difference between this and other calcium supplements. Hair, nails, sleep all improved. I didn't have this result with any other calcium. I do add Calm magnesium powder to the nighttime 2 cap dose of this in a 1 to 1 ratio, and it cured my insomnia. YAY!!!!!!

Unfortunately, I have a shellfish allergy.

I take cortisteriods which affect bone density. Last year when I had my Bone Density Test my calcium had greatly improved. In addition, these pills are easy to swallow not like a "horse sized" pill like most calcium pills.

So nice to rest assure I am getting the calcium I need while pregnant! Highly recommend this product and so happy I got to try it at a huge discounted rate thanks to this awesome company!
