Can you bathe the dolls?

Their bodies are cloth so probably no.

The specifications say no assembly required but the details say assembly is required and screw driver needed. Which is it please?it please?

The dollhouse comes as flat pack. Most of the pieces slot together to provide the structural integrity. I had a look at ours, and I can see 2 screws holding the roof panels in position and a screw each holding the roof doorway and windows in place. So it will require assembly and you will need a screwdriver, but only for a small number of screws.

How much does the doll house weigh

I can't check this accurately as my granddaughter who has the house lives overseas but in the details on Amazon the weight is listed as just over 13kg.

Is it pink as on the photo?

Yes it is! Perhaps a tiny bit paler.
