What is proper spray nozzle?

This works with any industrial spray gun. The cheap Harbor Freight spray guns. No thinning needed. Just pour and spray.

Can this be used to adhere boat carpet to fiberglass and/or gel coat?

Yes, this is the stuff you will need. You will spray the carpet and the fiberglass and let it tack then put the two together.

Can i apply this with a brush? Im hoping to use this to glue down my dash pad in my eagle talon, its vinyl with foam backing.. was glued to metal dash

I've been using a brush and it works fine. I'm gluing final to a pad made of closed cell foam. I've also use the brush to glue vinyl to plastic and Bondo. Be careful not to brush over to glue after it starts drying it will build up and you may see a slightly raised area under the vinyl. I have also used a regular spray gun for really large areas.

what's the approximate coverage per gallon when gluing reflective film (plastic) to oil painted drywall - ie neither surface is absorbent?
