Is there an adopter so you can plug the cozyphone into a microsoft game consoles xbox 360 or the xbox one?

The end of the headphones is a standard headphone jack. It should be able to be plugged into anything that a normal pair of headphones can be plugged into.

Are these small enough to fit my babys head? She is 4.5 months and has a 17 inch head.

I wouldn't put these on a baby that young. This is more for toddlers and older. If you are trying to help her sleep try a sound machine.

Will it fit an 18 year old? I need this.

If you havent bought these yet and are not looking for the specific kid-friendly look, they do make adult headband style headphones also. They're just usually plain looking.

They will fit a 5 yr old! And a 10 year old. My husband tried on the 10 year olds and they even fit his head.
