Really an incredible upgrade! The included Quest 2 strap gave me horrible headaches caused by facial pressure, and prevented me from playing VR for more than about 45 minutes. This strap redirects about 70% of that facial pressure to the top of the head and eliminates the vast majority of that discomfort for me. The battery bank roughly doubles the playtime of the headset as well, which I can actually use now. Stability is also great -- the battery adds a nice (but not uncomfortable) amount of weight to the rear, making the headset feel lighter on the front of your face. Ease of adjustment is also great, and the strap overall feels very solidly built -- nothing like the Oculus elite strap that's prone to fractures.My only nitpicks of note are minor.- The padding is very comfortable but not very breathable. I tend to sweat pretty badly wearing it, and heat is the only remaining comfort issue I have while playing. I don't think it's worse for breathability than any other comfort strap, it just isn't better.- The battery bank does not fast charge -- it can only pull about 12 watts maximum. It also cannot be charged in tandem with the headset and must be removed prior to charging, per the manual's warning.Worth every penny. Completely transformed the VR experience for me.

It took about 5 days before it shipped, but it arrived exactly on schedule. Don't stress out if you order it and it doesn't ship for a few days.I was using the official Elite Strap before getting this, which worked fine but wasn't very comfortable for me. The design of the elite strap basically squeezes the whole head from the front and the back. This is not preferable for me because it means that it hurts my face after a while, it strains my neck because it does nothing to alleviate how front-heavy the Quest 2 is, and it leaves pronounced marks on my face for 1-2 hours afterwards, forcing me to be very picky about when I even use the device.The BOBOVR M2 Pro does a great job of solving all of these problems. Pressure in general is lower, especially on the face, leaving me with only a light band across my forehead after using it. The weight distribution is far more comfortable, with the majority of the weight being held around the forehead and the back of the skull. There's still a little bit of neck strain, but much better than before.I was afraid at first that it was going to be too large to fit on my head properly, but after some fiddling with the front of the strap, I managed to find a setup that positions the headset properly in front of my eyes while still feeling secure. I'd seen online that some people felt that the back was too loose, but they seem to have brought over the improvements from the M2 Plus model to this one, and I've had no issues with it. The included/optional honeycomb silicon is just the right amount of grippy, and the back pad itself forms to the shape of the head quite well.The battery comes on and off easily, has very good build quality, stays fixed to the strap while wearing the headset, and has a higher capacity than I was expecting. I'd easily say it can double the battery life of the headset. If you plan on playing for more than 6 hours, though, it's probably worth it to get the M2 Plus instead, which comes with 2 batteries and a charging dock, effectively letting you play indefinitely by swapping batteries. For me, the one battery is more than enough.Overall, it's extremely easy to recommend this over the official elite strap. It's more comfortable, it seems more durable, it includes the best battery system I've seen on any head strap, and it's almost the same price.
